We cover all manufacturers including, but not limited to, Trane, Carrier, York, Dunham-Bush, McQuay, and Bohn as well as Liebert specialty equipment, designed for computer room environment. Our service work includes work on the entire system from air handlers, heaters, controls, ductwork, air distribution and balance, all compressors from small hermetics up to and including centrifugals. The Technicians of Factory Service Agency, Inc. are on call 24 hours/day, 365 days/year. Through actual live operators of our service, our personnel can be reached and dispatched in a timely manner. Many parts are stocked in house, or we have access to 24 hour numbers for select supply houses to obtain required replacements. |
All of the Technicians possess all required Certifications, including all E.P.A. Documentation, as well as locally required Mechanic Class Certificates. In addition, each person has also attended specialty training by the various manufacturers to stay abreast of current technology and developments. In house training is conducted routinely by supervisory personnel as well as having local industry experts brief our technicians on any changes in technology. Likewise, our personnel are sent to the various factories and specialty schools sponsored by the equipment manufacturers. As a company, Factory Service Agency, Inc. carries all required licensing in the State of Louisiana as well as all local Municipalities and jurisdictions. |
