In this type of project, FSA furnishes and installs all required equipment for a complete comfort conditioning system, including the air conditioning, the heating, the exhaust fans, at times kitchen hood and suppression systems. The installation could be in any size building, ranging from normal residential work and custom homes, up to high rise office buildings, hotels or specialty facilities such as health care or residence homes. The usage and/or occupancy of these facilities determines the type and capacity of the system to be installed. Much of the work included in this type of installation is performed with in-house personnel while portions are often sub-contracted to other specialty contractors. FSA will also offer competitive bids on projects that have been designed by various Engineers. Pricing on these types of projects routinely goes to a General Contractor who handles the building construction and coordinates all of the various sub-contractors. |
| In a Total Mechanical Installation, FSA would provide all of the HVAC work outlined above and in addition, by partnering with a licensed Plumber, we would also provide all of the required plumbing. If necessary, a sprinkler contractor could also be made a part of the team, with FSA assuming full responsibility for coordinating the work of all trades to provide a total mechanical package. |

We are also trained and have access to all major brands of controls and energy management equipment including but not limited to Johnson, Landis-Staefa, Penn, Barber - Coleman, KELE, etc. Our controls expertise includes electro-mechanical, direct - digital, electronic, and pneumatics. |
